Greetings DarkRP Staff Team. This thread is specifically aimed only at Lead Moderators+ and any members in the Operator Subdivision. It has come to my attention that there has been a steady decline in staff applications this month causing a strong decline in total sit count for the majority of staff and an alarmingly low relative sit count (nearly 50% lower than previous sit total, but still reaching around the old quota). Although, a minority of staff have still managed to remain active and achieve 400+ sits (props to those), the staff reaching only around 20+ sits need to be replaced in an efficient and effective manner to avoid a staff team reaching low fifties or less (but do not be displaced by the fallacy that the staff team is "dying"). In an attempt to fix and/or prevent this, I am officially drafting Lead Moderators and Operators to join HR, specifically to recruit possible staff members and commit time to properly training staff members. Effect is obviously not guaranteed to all the members listed, although, if none of them or an insufficient amount volunteer for a Human Resources position then I will have to forcefully pick users that I see fit. Further, while the Operator Subdivision is flourishing (most likely because of the simpler and Moderator-like work), Human Resources Subdivision is evidently suffering with only four members total and two active trainers.
