DarkRP Update [01/12/2021]

CityRP is due for a beta release shortly,

Albeit the two servers share alot of addons together, they are not connected to one-another in any way shape or form, and as such, your ranks (administrative, VIP), permanent weapons, or economy will not transfer over. Please do not keep asking.

If the playerbase does not maintain DarkRP #1, CityRP will turn into a whitelist-only server, meaning that only a select number of people will be chosen to play.

 

Bank Robbery

Due to the lacking optimization efforts of our prior Bank Robbery system, I've decided it was time to move onto another addon.

Functionality remains largely the same in the sense that a vault will spawn in the bank and be replenished with more cash every few minutes, however, at this time, all raiding roles will be able to rob said bank vault.

In order to complete a robbery, one must stand their ground in the bank and avoid being killed/arrested for a period of 5 minutes

Prerequisites for beginning a bank robbery include:

x30 users online

x3 active CPs

 

 

 

Loading Screen

The same cheesy memes but it's time we switched over to actually feature our server's map (RP_Downtown) as opposed to a DarkRP scenery

I'm currently debating adding loading screen 8bit/lofi music ;^)

 

 

Prostitute

The functionality of this class has been restored and tested

The price of sex has been removed, and instead players must come to an agreement amongst themselves as for how much their bodies are worth

Added a tiny Easter Egg to the class, good luck on your hunt

Please don’t add loading screen music unless it’s very subtle/simple/good. Every time there’s annoying loading screen music, I mute the game, then I can’t tell when I’ve loaded into the server. CityRP looks dope. I’m glad you guys could add the bank robbing system back in. The new loading screens look fye. And I didn’t even know that the prostitute class was broken lmao, but thanks for fixing it.
