Re-coded from scratch this time,

players can replenish their ammo to insane amounts (for whatever reason, this is very common?) on all weapons other than explosives, IE: thermal detonator, wrist rockets, etc.

Increased 3d2d textscreen render distance (for recruit room)

Added Dual DC17 to all Green Company classes
